I'm packing up my knives - along with the camera, the yahtzee board, some champagne, and comfortable shoes - and heading north. The boy and I are getting away to Blue Ridge for a week of R&R (rest and red wine, of course) and some outdoor adventure. Thinking back on the tough memories of last year - and making some happy memories, as well. I will be cooking while we're there and will be blogging away.
